Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, or the next business day if placed on the weekend or a public holiday. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to your nominated email address.

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia and Express Delivery with Australia Post for all Domestic orders for a flat rate of $15.

 Once dispatched, your piece will be delivered within 1-3 business days. All purchases are sent from Brisbane, Australia and we do not dispatch on weekends or Queensland public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $25 AUD.

Shipments are sent by Australia Post and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for International delivery from purchase date.

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel, Deering being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver.

Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.

 All orders shipped to the United States will now incur duties and taxes upon arrival, depending on your order value and local customs regulations. These charges are determined and collected by US Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict the exactamount that may apply to your order. We recommend checking your country’s import rules and thresholds for more detailed information. We know unexpected fees can be frustrating, so we want to ensure you’re aware before your order is shipped.
