Refund policy

RETURNS CONDITIONS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions

• Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
• Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items purchased at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns. 

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days to process once the return has been received.

Returns on knit set bundle offer

The Tank and Short Knit set promotion applies when two items are purchased in the same order.

If items from this bundle are returned and the order no longer contains two qualifying items, the promotion will no longer apply. The discount will be removed and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

REFUND

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

 We will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. 

 Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
